Physical symptoms of depression:

While most people think of depression as a psychological illness, depression might also manifest in physical symptoms:

  • Constant headaches or migraines
  • Back pain and muscle aches
  • Stomach aches and digestion problems, such as heartburn, diarrhea, nausea, or constipation.
  • Dizziness, which may be caused by lack of sleep, anxiety, and other issues that accompany depression.


An emotional state is a reaction created by the mind, as emotions resides in the subconscious mind.  Thus, if it’s created by the mind, it can be changed.

Research has shown beyond any reasonable doubt that human emotion has a direct influence on the way our cells function in our body.
